The SEAI Solar PV grant is calculated on the proposed system’s kWp up to a maximum funding of €162,600 for a 1MW (1000kWp) system.
This grant is available to businesses, public bodies, schools, community centres, and non-profits. The process involves selecting a registered SEAI installer, applying for the grant, getting ESB Networks approval, installing the system, and submitting documents to SEAI and all relevant project documentation within the provided timelines. Once all documentation is uploaded, payments typically take 4 to 6 weeks. If grants exceed €10,000 annually, a Tax Clearance Certificate is required. As part of our services we offer free guidence and support throughout the grant application process.
